Description:
This procedure returns the status of the right or left shift keys as a string.
Return Value:
If either the right or left shift keys is depressed when this call is executed, it returns a string containing the character "1." Otherwise, the character "0" is returned. The shift status may not be correct if event processing is frozen due to a "grab."

None.
